XCodeでiPhone実機でデバッグしようとして「Unable to prepare xxxx for development」のエラーが出たとき

エラーメッセージ全体は、

Unable to prepare xxxx for development
Please check the connection to the device, and review all errors in the Devices and Simulators window.

以下で解決

・iPhone上でアプリを全て停止し、再起動
